NON-DESTRUCTIVE PREDICTION OF SOLUBLE SOLID CONTENT IN KIWIFRUIT BASED ON VIS/NIR HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGING

چکیده
Soluble solid content (SSC) is a major quality index of kiwifruits. Visible near-infrared (Vis/NIR) hyperspectral imaging with the genetic algorithm (GA) was adopted in this study to realize non-destructive prediction kiwifruit SSC. A laboratory Vis/NIR system established collect 120 samples at range 400–1100 nm. The average reflectance spectral data region interest were obtained after different preprocessing method, namely, Savitzky–Golay smoothing (SG), multiplicative scatter correction (MSC), and their combination method. models partial least squares regression, multiple linear support vector machine (LS-SVM) built for determining SSC by using effective feature wavelength variables selected GA, respectively. results show that SG+MSC best precisions GA are higher than full data. GA-LS-SVM model has performance correlation coefficient (R=0.932) standard error (SEP=0.536° Bx) predicting accuracy been improved 5.6% compared full-band This provides an method detection

The Study of Non-Destructive Measurement Apple's Firmness and Soluble solid Content Using Multispectral Imaging
Firmness and soluble solid content (SSC) are two important quality attributes. This researches investigated the feasibility of using multi-spectral imaging to non-destructive measuring the apple’s firmness and SSC. The spectral imaging in wavelength of 632nm、650nm、670nm、780nm、850nm and 900nm were captured. The Lorentzian distribution (LD), Gaussian distribution (GD) and Exponential distribution...
متن کاملNondestructive Estimation of Moisture Content, pH and Soluble Solid Contents in Intact Tomatoes Using Hyperspectral Imaging
The objective of this study was to develop a nondestructive method to evaluate chemical components such as moisture content (MC), pH, and soluble solid content (SSC) in intact tomatoes by using hyperspectral imaging in the range of 1000–1550 nm. The mean spectra of the 95 matured tomato samples were extracted from the hyperspectral images, and multivariate calibration models were built by using...
متن کاملNon-destructive Analysis Chlorophyll Content of Different Genotypes of Poplars Based on Hyperspectral Reflectance Data
Leaf Chlorophyll content (Ct) indicates plant physiological status and can be detected by hyperspectral measurements. However, it is difficult to conclude that different genotypes of same species have the same relationship with the hyperspectral data. The aim of this paper was to test that whether the different genotypes of same species have the similar relationship with hyperspectral reflectan...

15 صفحه اولEvaluation of a Non-Destructive Dry Matter Sensor for Kiwifruit
In this work we studied the relationship between kiwifruit dry matter (DW) measured using the destructive method with a fruit dehydrator (Nesco/American Harvest®, Wisconsin, USA) and a non-destructive Kiwi meter sensor (Turoni Inc., Forli, Italy). This was an approach to develop a reliable non-destructive method to predict harvest and postharvest quality based on dry matter. There was a signifi...
